Vidir Machine Inc. provides factory trained technicians to complete delivery and installation. Vidir Machine Inc. often delivers product on our own trucks with drivers that have been factory trained to complete the installation.
The following are a few notes to keep in mind for your delivery and installation.
Installation Requirements:
- Unloading dock access for delivery of the equipment
- Ample floor space for setup
- Minimum of 1 ft clearance above the carousel
- Forklift or Scissorlift (depending on machine purchased)
- Adequate Installation Time
- Correct electrical requirements (see your sales rep for requirements)
Delivery & Installation Details:
- Equipment is secured to the floor
- Final adjustments to equipment are made once it is assembled to ensure it is in proper working order
- Area is cleaned of any objects/garbage used by the installers
- Product Knowledge provided by the installer to ensure proper use of the equipment
